TRAINING PROGRAMSOne goal of the HRSA funded Strategic Partnership for Interprofessional Collaborative Education in Pediatric Dentistry (SPICE-PD) project, now in its final year, is to establish an Integrated Oral and Primary Healthcare Clinical Training Program for UCLA Community Health and Advocacy Training in Pediatric Dentistry (CHATPD), Advanced Education General Dentistry (AEGD), Pediatric Medicine, and Nursing Programs.
In addition, UCLA School of Dentistry, Section of Pediatric Dentistry also offers a one year Advanced Clinical Training for foreign-trained dentists who wish to return to an academic setting for short periods of time to supplement the knowledge and experiences gained from earlier training and subsequent professional experiences. |
